H2O with a twist

Not only do we have a real heated summer and stay thirsty, but I am trying to live the healthy lifestyle and that means drinking loads of water.  After drinking water for a few days, it becomes real boring. So I decided to browse the web for ways to spice up my water.


WATERMELON, CUCUMBER
Ingredients:
2 liters of filtered water
5-6 cucumbers sliced and cut in half
½ cup cubed watermelon
Get started:
Drop cucumber and watermelon in pitcher, fill with water and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes. You can refill this several times throughout the day just be sure to let sit for 30 minutes for the water to become infused.
Note: Cucumbers are great for a quick pick-me-up! Leave the skin on, they are packed with vitamin B + C and are great for rehydrating the body quickly.
